Action is certified by the New York State Professional Process Servers Association and we are a Member of the National Association of Professional Process Servers. We are, as well, an Associate Member of the New Jersey, Florida, and Washington State Process Server Associations, with affiliations all over the United States and the World.

We offer personal contact: You will be able to reach a professional staff member - even beyond normal working hours - when you call for service.

We offer updates on a regular basis: We will tell you when we receive your document and we will let you know when it has been served. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

We know that you want quick service: We will make our first attempt on a Standard service between 24 and 72 hours of receipt. With Expedited service, our first attempt is between 24 and 48 hours. Emergency Rush Service is done the same day.

We can locate and serve even the most evasive subject: Trying to find someone who doesn’t want to be found or is trying to evade service? We use state of the art location software and proven investigative procedures, to produce results. We use Male or Female Servers, depending on who is most appropriate to get the job done.
